Where to Find eProcurement CXML File

eProcurement support is requesting for a sample raw CXML file located on the Enterprise ERP application server

CXML file is needed

The CXML file is generated in the temp folder on the Enterprise ERP application server

OnPrem clients:

• The temp directory is typically located on the data drive under the environment's munxxx folder

  • Ex: D:\munprod\temp

• This folder path can be found in the Diagnostic Utility and Run-Time Information program

  • Enterprise ERP menu > System Administration > Diagnostic Utility and Run-Time Information

  • Click System tab

  • Locate Temporary directory path

  • Application server name is listed on Server tab

SaaS clients:

• Please create a case with TSM SaaS Support via the Support Portal and provide the date of the file required

• TSM SaaS Support will then upload the requested file to KiteWorks 

Note that a CXML file is only saved to the temp folder when munis generates an error during purchase order processing.
