Resolution

Import Journals program is used to import budget amendments.

General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry History > Import Journals

Select Standard Excel Import template and click Generate.
Export filter Click Accept.
Open template from lower screen and populate, using B for each row for Transaction Type.
Once complete save the file to the desktop.
