How do I create a SUPP report in the OH PERS Retirement Report program?

The program automatically generates a SUPP file when there's Retro Information populated on Period Records that fall within your defined reporting period

• The program saves the SUPP file to the Spool Directory with the following naming schema: prohretroXXXX.txt

• Retro Information can be populated:

  • By the Generate, if the Retro Pay array on the Generate screen was defined

  • By manually maintaining the Period Record using the Update option, or the Export/Import Data options.
