Resolution

A Checkscript is a diagnostic utility installed on the Enterprise ERP server(s) for On-Premise clients that own a Tyler Systems Management contract. The Checkscript runs from Task Scheduler each morning, Monday through Friday, and scans the specified Enterprise ERP servers. If the scan detects an issue, it will automatically generate a case with Tyler Systems Management for review.

Common items scanned by the Checkscript:

  • Websites vital to business operations (Hub, Munis, TCM, MSS, etc.)

  • Server disk space 

  • SQL backups

  • Munis FourJ's license

  • SSL certificate expiration



Additional Information

The Checkscript utility is typically installed on the Munis application server during a new Enterprise ERP installation or a server migration. The install location is C:\TylerOSDBA\config.xml
