GA GSEPS and PSERS Reports not creating the Electronic File

Electronic Submission file is not being created or saved to the spool directory.

Program enhancement.  The Generate and submission file steps are on two different screens now.

To create the submission file: 

1. Open the GA GSEPS and PSERS Reports program.

2. Select Define

3. Select an Output option

4. The file path and name for the submission file displays under Electronic File Path and can be retrieved from the spool directory or Saved Reports program.
