Missing journal numbers in Unused Journals - Payments Journal does not write out unused journals

Description of Issue

Receipt postings that are canceled do not update the Unused Journals screen.

Journal numbers shown on payment proof reports do not exist in Unused Journals when they didn't result in a journal entry.

Work ticket MUN-457010 has been created to address this issue. Development is researching the issue. There is no workaround.

Additional Information

When printing a report in Payments Journal, an entry should be made to Unused Journals since the report references a journal that does not exist.

When posting out of Payments Journal and canceling the post after generating a report, an entry should be made to Unused Journals since the report references a journal that does not exist.
