Table validation control account does not exist after upgrade
Table Validation report shows 6 control accounts do not exist after upgrading, yet control accounts show in Account Master and the control account name has been designated.

FUND XXX ESTIMATED REVENUES NOT SET, CONTROL ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST
FUND XXX BUDGET FUND BAL- UNRESERVED NOT SET, CONTROL ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST
