How to retrieve Hub error logs.

Resolution
NOTE: you must have the administrator role in Hub to retrieve logs
Once logged into Hub as administrator:
Go to Administration.
Click Logs and Diagnostics.
Select the desired date under Available logs. (Click Logs first if not seeing Available Logs.)
Latest versions of Hub System Logs.
