Cause
Budget audit records were given their own table when the Budget Audits program was added.
Resolution
The Budget Audits and Budget Changes Audits are two separate programs for auditing budget changes, each rely on a specific and separate set of tables. If the Budget Audits program does not return audit data for a projection that was entered on version 10.5 or below, use the Budget Changes Audit program.Â
Additional Information
- The Budget Audits program was introduced to include a wider range of Updates and change statuses, this was introduced with a new table to store budget audit information. This will only pull budget changes from 11.1 or above.Â
- The Budget Changes Audit is the older program and had it's information stored on another table, this should be used to review changes on projections generated on version 10.5 or earlier.Â
