How to delete the Budget Override Password

Instructions on how to delete a site's existing Budget Override Password

Context

Cause

Password was forgotten

Resolution

Please contact EERP General Ledger Support, as they will be able to assist with deleting this password.

Please note that confirmation will be needed from either your site's Finance Director or System Administrator in order to delete this.

Additional Information

After the password has been deleted, the password can be set up by your site again by using the process below:

  1. Go to Financials>General Ledger Menu>Set Up/Chart Of Accounts>General Ledger Settings
  2. Click on the Budget Settings tab
  3. At the bottom of the screen under the Budget Override section, click the Update button
  4. Here, you can set up the password
