Post a budget amendment to the prior year that has been closed via the Year End Close process

Budget Adjusting Entry Functionality
Resolution
Budget Amendments can be posted to the prior year by using periods 1 through 12. Make sure the Effective Date matches the Year/Period selected. Budget cannot be posted to period 13 so it is not used for any prior year adjusting entries.
