YTD Budget Report - Print Journal Detail option cannot be clicked

When entering report options in the YTD Budget Report, the Print Journal Detail report option is grayed out, and not accessible to be clicked.

The Totals Only box designates the report to only print total amounts for the sequences designated in the Report Sequence. This prevents journal detail from displaying in the report.

• This report option is grayed out if another report option, Totals Only, is clicked on in Report options. 
• Totals Only is located on the  Print Options  tab in Report Options.
• If you uncheck Totals Only, the Print Journal Detail button should then become available to be clicked/toggled
