Description of Issue
User's are unable to add a project code from Chart Manager
Add Project option is not available to select

Resolution
- Work ticket MUN-381344 is open with development to address the issue
- Work Around:
- Add a project code directly through Project Master
- Highlight an existing project code and select the Project Master link to launch Project Master and then select Add
