You do not have permission to run this program error when opening Next Year Budget Entry

When first opening the Next Year Budget Entry program, an error immediately pops up stating:

You do not have permission to run this program.

The user who is trying to access Next Year Budget Entry will need the Budgetary permission Maximum Budget Level set to at least 1.

To update the user's Budgetary permissions to allow access to Next Year Budget Entry:

1. Go to System Administration>Security>User Attributes
2. Click Search
3. Enter the User's ID
4. Click Accept
5. Highlight the Role that you would like to update this permission for
6. Click Edit Role
7. Click Budget
8. Click Update
9. Set the Maximum Budget Level permission to 1 or higher (depending on which budget levels you would like the user to have access to)
10. Click Accept

Now, have the user reopen Next Year Budget Entry, and they should now be able to access this program.

Updating a Role impacts all users assigned to this Role.
