Description of Issue
When using the Vendor help ellipses in Contract Entry and selecting a Vendor, upon returning to the contract, a different vendor shows

Cause
This is a Munis Defect
Resolution
- Download MUN-381337 from the MIU when available
- Until then, manually type the Vendor number
