How do we start auto converting requisitions?

Resolution
- Create a RQC business rule as a Step 99 catchall business rule within Workflow Business Rules
- Make sure the last REQ approver is not the same as RQC approver
- In Purchasing Settings > Requisition and Purchasing Settings tab set the Requisition Conversion to Use Workflow
