How to remove pending depreciation transactions
Context
- Fixed/Capital Assets
- Functionality changes made in service packs:
- 11.3.20.0 (MUN-353694)
- 2017.1.17.0 (MUN-361417)
- 2018.1.22.0 (MUN-361419)
- 2019.1.11.0 (MUN-361421)
Cause
Informational
Resolution
In versions with the functionality change:
- In Fixed/Capital Asset Settings, click Locks
- Select tab for depreciation program with locks
- Click Delete
- Use checkboxes, Delete All, or Delete None options to select transactions to be removed
- Click Accept
- In confirmation pop-up, click Yes, delete
- Click OK
In versions without the functionality change, contact Enterprise ERP Assets and Civic Support to have the transactions removed with a SQL script
Additional Information
Only Fixed/Capital Asset superusers will have the ability to delete the transactions.
