Install the appropriate work ticket for your version once it's been released:

Workaround: Do not use the filter option. To prevent the Subject of Service filter from defaulting on:

Click on the Settings button (cogwheel icon) in the Omnibar
In the View/Maintain Settings window, uncheck the setting for Turn on Subject of Service filter
