How do I tell who updated budget projection amounts? 

Next Year Budget Entry 
Central Budget Entry

Projections amounts have been updated by a user

To review who made changes to these projection amounts, please follow the steps below to perform an audit on the budget projection in question

Financials > Budget Processing > Budget Audits

1. Click Define
2. Check the applicable boxes
3. Enter all applicable fields
4. Click Accept
5. Click Print, Text File, PDF, Preview, or Excel to export this data for review
