Unable to output post Contract Change Order

• Error with journal year for contract change order
• NY effective date must be within the specified NY year and period

Contract Change Orders require a CY and NY journal information due to the fact contracts can have multiple years at one time. If the Journal Number Control doesn't exist for the new year, Munis has no way of knowing what periods in 2021 go to which months.

1. Go to General Ledger >Miscellaneous Set up > Journal Number Control
2. Search for Next Year 2021
   1. If it does not show up, select copy
3. Copy Current Year 2020 to 2021
