Unable to delete an account in Account Master, transactions exist, transaction type 'Cross References'

Account X-Reference record exists tied to the GL Account.

To resolve, the Account X-Reference record must be deleted.

Financials > General Ledger Menu > Miscellaneous Setup > Account X-Reference

1. Search for the GL Account
2. Accept
3. Delete (Red X)
4. Yes, Delete

Once the Account X-Reference record is deleted, the account can be deleted from Account Master.
