Standard Budget Projection import failing

I am having trouble importing budget projection amounts

The file was in an incorrect format.

The fixed length standard import formats must have pipe delimiters between each column

The standard import formats require a specific format for a successful import into budget projections. It is easiest to work in excel and then convert the file to fixed length .txt format.
