Err - Master is Closed : Budget Completion Journal

Context

Munis

Budget Completion Journal

Cause

Copied last year's projection into the new year, this brought in all accounts from the projection, some of which were closed in the new year.

An account in the budget projection is in Closed status in Account Master.

Resolution

To resolve there are two options:

1) Go into Munis > Financials > Budget Processing > Define/Start Budget Projection

This will update all the accounts in the projection from the data in Account Master, removing the Closed accounts.

2) Go into Munis > Financials > Budget Processing > Next Year Budget Entry

Search for the Projection number and hit Accept once
Search for Account Status C (Closed) and hit Accept again to pull in all closed accounts
Hit More in the ribbon and select Mass Delete
