Description of Issue

Major Fund Report is not including all funds in the system

Funds are missing from the Major Funds Report

Context

Major Fund Report

Cause

Major Fund Report will only pull in Funds with Type G or P in Chart of Account Segments.

Resolution

To resolve, the Fund Type for any/all funds will need to be updated in Chart of Account Segments.

Financials > General Ledger Menu > Setup/Chart of Accounts > Chart of Account Segments

  1. From the GL Segment drop down select Fund
  2. Accept to pull in a list of all funds
  3. Select the Fund that is not displaying
  4. Update
  5. Change the 'Fund Type' to G (Governmental) or P (Proprietary)
  6. Accept

Once the Fund type has been updated, try the report again. Make sure to close out of the Report and re-open so that is working with the updated data from Chart of Account Segments
