California Independent Contractor Report doubles report amount if change order exists

The ICR report displays correctly except in this scenario: if a Purchase Order or Contract has an active change order, the amount on the report will be doubled from what truly should be reported.

• Download MUN-377573 from the MIU when available
• Delete or post all Purchase Order or Contract Change Orders before running and submitting the report to the state
