Description of Issue

The General Ledger Encumbrance Utility is run. When it's finished, it states, Number of Contracts that need updating: XXXX. The output of the report then shows the specific Contract, Contract line and fields that are negative.

Cause

This issue can be a Munis defect or data condition

Resolution
  • Please contact support with any information about the General Ledger Encumbrance utility report output
  • Provide any information about the specific Contract and Contract line
  • A combination of MUN download or SQL correction may be needed

Munis technician access to the Munis server with access to SQL is beneficial.Â
