Unable to add project account to Requisition.

Project account field is greyed out, Project accounts applied checkbox deselected.

Requisitions and Requisition Entry both prevent the entry of a Project account if the first line item on the Requisition does not contain a project. 

Download MUN-496765 from the MIU when available

Current work around is to enter Line items requiring project strings first on the Requisition as all subsequent lines will allow for the entry or omission of a Project string.
