YTD used and earned include previous year

The sick accruals YTD used and earned fields are including time from the previous year

• Enterprise ERP

• Employee Accruals

• Accrual Year End Processing

The Accrual Year End Process was not run for the sick accrual

The earned and used YTD balances will be reset when the Accrual Year End Process is run at the end of the next calendar or fiscal year

The Accrual Year End Process will zero out the YTD used and earned on the employee's accrual to start keeping track of the next year. If this process is not run it will just keep adding to the used and earned YTD totals from the previous year.
