Adding Longevity to a Void Reissue Payroll

When processing a void/re-issue payroll, can longevity pay for another employee be added?

In a Void run type warrant, vendor processing is not an accessible step, so no vendor payment will be able to be processed within the warrant. A longevity pay to another employee should be done in another payroll if possible. If not, any vendor payments created will automatically defer to the next Active warrant where Vendor processing is run.
