Description of Issue

Missing ReadyForms button in ribbon of Permit applications.



Context

Cause

The permit type settings need to be updated.



Resolution

Setting the form code on the permit type to GENL will make ReadyForm button available at the permit level.

  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Permits and Code Enforcement > Setup > Permits > Permit Types

  2. Search for the permit type that needs to be updated

  3. Click Update

  4. Next to Form code select GENL - GENERAL PERMIT (XML)

  5. Choose a ReadyForms model from the dropdown

  6. Click Accept
