Purge Paid Invoices not purging records

• The Purge Paid Invoices program selects records, indicates that it purges them, and cannot select the same records again, but the bills are still viewable in Bill Inquiry and the invoices are still viewable in Invoice Inquiry.

Purging is generally discouraged with the new Accounts Receivable database tables for auditing purposes. 

Development is currently reviewing the functionality of the Purge Paid Invoices program. For now, Purge Paid Invoices should not be run.
