TCM S3 Cloud Storage error

Description of Issue

Client receives a TCM error stating The following must be defined to use cloud storage. Turn off cloud storage or request cloud services to correct it's configuration in Tyler Deploy.Invalid settings: CloudStorageRoleARN.

Context
  • Tyler Content Manager (TCM)

  • Deploy

Cause

This is caused from an error where for a brief period of time the changes made to the S3 configuration in Deploy were not functioning correctly. Sites using S3 that deployed during that time would are receiving this error message due to being deployed during that period.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Deploy > Product Deployments > Tyler Content Manager

  2. Select environment

  3. Force redeploy current version:

    1. If this does not resolve the issue site will need to update TCM to the latest release update for their current version:

      1. ex. 2024.1.29 > 2024.1.32
