Correct the source data, re-Generate and re-Submit or manually update the Staff Assignments Period Record and re-Submit.

To correct the source data:

If Source = Employee Assignments → Change the Description field on the Employee Assignment record.

If Source = Employee Job/Salary → Hours/Day field in Employee Job/Salary is multiplied by 60 to get minutes per day, and then minutes per day is multiplied by the value from Days in Standard Month on the Generate screen. Review the Hours/Day and Days in Standard Month fields for accuracy and correct as needed.
