NOTE: Must have admin access to the application to access the Support Utilities page

Navigate to System Configuration > Support Utilities

This page contains:

  • Logs that can be downloaded from the application directly onto the local workstation that can be used for troubleshooting or provided to Support

  • Logging Levels to define the level of detail recorded in the system logs

  • Thread Dumps which are critical for diagnosing performance issues

  • Host System Metrics which contains information about the host housing the Time and Attendance application

  • Configuration Exports* that enable support and implementation staff to create a file of detailed configuration information that can be provided to Development for a streamlined issue diagnosis. 

    • This is only available in current releases of Time and Attendance
