Navigate to System Configuration > Support Utilities
This page contains:
Logs that can be downloaded from the application directly onto the local workstation that can be used for troubleshooting or provided to Support
Logging Levels to define the level of detail recorded in the system logs
Thread Dumps which are critical for diagnosing performance issues
Host System Metrics which contains information about the host housing the Time and Attendance application
Configuration Exports* that enable support and implementation staff to create a file of detailed configuration information that can be provided to Development for a streamlined issue diagnosis.Â
This is only available in current releases of Time and Attendance
