Error executing insertProperty When Running Customer Statement

Error executing insertProperty When Running Customer Statement

Description of Issue

Receive the message Error executing insertProperty when running a Customer Statement.

Context
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Customer Statement (arcidstm)
Cause

An Account Identifier on one of the bills selected is longer than 30 characters.

Resolution

The error should identify which Account Identifier is too long. This will need to be shortened to a value less than or equal to 30 characters in order for the Statement to run.

If the Account Identifier longer than 30 characters is on a General Billing Invoice (AR Category 1), then the Adjust Invoices program can be used to shorten this value: Master Article - Adjust Invoices

Additional Information

If additional assistance is required, please contact the appropriate support team: How to determine the correct Accounts Receivable support team to assist with an issue
