Description of Issue

Updating a reading on an inspection is triggering an Unexpected Error

Context

Cause

Defect occurs when the Indicates Failure checkbox on an inspection code is set as null ( - ) instead of blank or checked

Resolution

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version once it's been released:

Workaround: Update any existing inspection codes to set the Indicates Failure checkbox to be either blank or checked
