Description of Issue

Client reported a processing error has occurred when you try to access an employee's timesheet.

Context

  • Time & attendance

  • Timesheet

  • Time Maintenance

  • Holiday

Cause

The issue was a holiday was entered with no end time on the transaction which caused an open ended transaction to create the processing error.

Resolution

To resolve please contact Time & Attendance support to resolve the error with a SQL Script.
