Stale Checks button missing in Check Reconciliation

How can I add the Stale Checks button in Check Reconciliation?

• EERP

• Accounts Payable

• Check Reconciliation

• Roles

User does not have the needed permissions.

Add the Accounts Payable permission Stale check processing to a role assigned to the user.
