Navigate into History Reason Codes from Reason Codes under:

  1. Tyler Menu > Property Revenues > Business Licenses > Setup > Reason Codes > History Reason Codes

  2. Click Add

  3. Enter the Reason code, Description, Short description and Status

  4. Click Accept
