Description of Issue

User is missing Vendor fields when in Requisition Entry

Context

  • Requisition Entry

Cause

User has one of the custom forms selected in Requisition Entry

Resolution

In the Requisition Entry program have the user click the Switch Form tool in the upper ribbon, and select None from the options
