ESS - Disable Personal Information Edit options

In ESS, is there a way to disable the ability to Edit Personal Information?

1.  Navigate to Employee Self Service 
   

   1. ESS > Administration >Employee Administration > Application Administration

2.  Scroll down to Employee Information

3.  Set Employee Information to Disable

4.  Click Update to save changes
