ESS Document Acknowledgements showing as already acknowledged

Description of Issue

ESS Document Acknowledgements are showing as already acknowledged.

Context
  • Employee Self Service

  • ESS

Cause

While the Task List is set to required in EERP, the ESS Document is not flagged for required.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to ESS Document Administration

    1. ESS > Administration > Employee Administration > Document Administration

  2. Click on the pencil icon under Action to edit the Document

    1. It exists to the right of the desired document in the list

  3. Check Required

  4. Define an Expiration Date

  5. Define the Acknowledgement text
