ESS Mobile App No Longer Working
Description of Issue
After an upgrade of a Tyler product or an end-user mobile operating system ESS Mobile stopped working
Context

Cause
The ESS mobile application is no longer under active enhancement development in favor of an improved mobile web interface with the introduction of Employee Access which is mobile friendly.
Resolution
Support is still available to troubleshoot issues with Logins and viewing information from within the ESS Mobile App.
Reach out to EERP Tyler Systems Management (TSM) team:
- If users are unable to access ESS through the Mobile App AND the mobile website and ESS is down.
- If users do not see a QR code available in ESS to scan to their ESS Mobile App.
- If the Signing Certificate in ESS Hosting needs to be updated to address login issues.

- Any questions relating to information available within the ESS Mobile App.
- Troubleshoot some ESS Mobile App login issues.
