Report showing employees exceeded the Medicare limit wage

Is there any report showing employees who exceeded their Medicare wages?

• Deduction and Benefit Master

• Accumulators Report

Instructional.

1. Go to Deduction and Benefit Master (Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Deduction and Benefit Master).

2. Search deduction code for Medicare and select the yellow folder next to Calc Code. (This will show the Additional Medicare Threshold set and what the gross threshold). 

3. Go to Accumulators Report (Payroll > Payroll > Employee History > Accumulators Report).

4. Search on the Year (example: 2024), a Frequency of Y for yearly, and Medicare deduction code. 

5. Define the Employee Gross as '>gross amount' (example: >200000). 

6. Click Accept.

7. Click PDF or Excel.
