The Credit, Abatement/Adjustment, and Revenue Reports all provide a detail and summary report and can be printed by a date range. Each provide different data depending what you're looking for:

• Credit Report provides the amount of Credits changed.

• Abatement/Adjustment Report provides the amount of Adjustments/Abatements to a bill. Represents the amount of bill amount changed. Is essentially the individual Adjustments within the History tab in Bill Inquiry.

• Revenue Report provides Credit and Adjustment/Abatements in-out transactions on a bill. Is essentially the Charges/Credits screen within the Original Bill button in Bill Inquiry.
