How to report on probationary dates
There is a benefit that employees receive when their probationary period ends, but unsure the best way to get that information.
Enterprise ERP
Employee InquiryÂ
Employee Master
Employee Accruals
Need a report that lists probation period end dates for benefit eligibility purposes.
Open Employee Inquiry (Human Capital Management> Payroll> Employee Maintenance> Employee Inquiry) and click Search.Â
In the Status field put Active, and in Personnel Status the applicable Status (ex.: Full Time Salary, Full Time Hourly).
To get more granular, search by Active status, Full Time personnel status, and range of Probationary Dates in the Dates tab.Â
Click Accept.Â
Click Excel option in top ribbon.
Click Full Report in the pop up.
Click Select None in the top ribbon.
Check off Employee Number, Employee First Name, Employee Last Name, and Probation End Date.Â
Click Accept.Â
Click to open the Excel Sheet in top right corner of downloads.Â
This will create a spreadsheet with a list of the employees' Probation End dates.
