In new versions of Munis 2018.1+ the Print GL Accounts on Miscellaneous Receipts is now located in Accounts Receivable User Preferences opposed to older versions of Munis 11.3 and lower have this option enabled during the completion of a Miscellaneous Cash Receipt. Once this feature is enabled, a user may toggle it on/off during the Misc Cash Receipt Entry towards the bottom of the screen if for instance they did not want GL Accounts on a specific receipt. 

Please note that Accounts Receivable User Preferences is an individual setting module and not a global setting.

1. Navigate to General Revenues>Accounts Receivables>Setup>Accounts Receivable User Preferences. or General Revenues>Accounts Receivables>Inquiries and Reports>Bill Inquiry (click Preferences on far right of ribbon) 
2. Search on the user(s) looking to have G/L Accounts print on Miscellaneous Receipts.
3. In the Preferences section of this module, enable Print G/L Accounts on Miscellaneous Receipts. 

Please note that for any payment receipts created by a user, before this user preference was added, this GL data was excluded from the original stored data exports and will remain excluded from any duplicate/reprints of those same records.
