Description of Issue

Need to export data from the Business License module so it can be imported into new software.

Option 1: Export available data fields from Enterprise ERP into Excel:

  1. Navigate to Enterprise ERP > Property Revenues > Business LIcenses > Business Accounts

  2. Click Search

  3. Click Accept

  4. Click Yes to continue selecting all records

  5. Click Excel

  6. Check the boxes next to the data fields you would like to include in the export

  7. Click Accept

  8. Click Select All

  9. Click Accept

    1. The export process takes 1-3 seconds per record.  Allow ample time for large selections

  10. Review the downloaded Excel file to confirm that it contains the data you need


Option 2:  Contact TSM Support and request a complete backup and manually extract the Business License data from the backup.


Option 3: Request a quote for a Business License data export:

  1. Go to Tyler Community

  2. Log into your account

  3. Click Enterprise ERP in the top toolbar

  4. Underneath the page title, click Wikis tab

  5. Click Product Information

  6. Select Enterprise ERP Enhancement Request

  7. Be sure to read through the entire post

Additional Information

Many data fields can be exported to excel from the Business Accounts program, but not all. If the data export from Enterprise ERP's Business Accounts program does not meet your needs, the Professional Services team can provide a customer or complete data export, for a fee.Â
