Export of Permits and Code Enforcement Data

Need to export data from one or more Permits and Code Enforcement modules.

• Business Licenses

• Professional Services

Instructional

Option 1: Export available data fields from Enterprise ERP into Excel:

1. Navigate to the program which contains the data you wish to export: Application Entry, Inspection Entry, or Complaint/Violation Entry.

2. Click Search.

3. Click Accept.

4. Click Yes to continue selecting all records.

5. Click Excel.

6. Select options.

7. Click Accept.

8. Click Select All.

9. Click Accept.

   1. The export process takes 1-3 seconds per record.  Allow ample time for large selections.

10. Review the downloaded Excel file to confirm that it contains the data you need.

Option 2:  Contact TSM Support to request a complete backup of Enterprise ERP data in the form of a .bak file.

Option 3: Request a quote for a Business License data export:

1. Go to Tyler Community

2. Log into your account

3. Click Enterprise ERP in the top toolbar

4. Underneath the page title, click Wikis tab

5. Click Product Information

6. Select Enterprise ERP Enhancement Request

Many data fields can be exported to excel from the Permits and Code programs, but not all. If the exported data does not meet your needs, the Professional Services team can provide a custom data export, for a fee.
