Grant User Access To BackOffice

I need to grant access to a new user to BackOffice

• Utilities Access

• BackOffice

User does not have permissions to access BackOffice

1. Log into https://backoffice.os.tylerapp.com/ as an Admin user 

2. From the Home page, click Invite a new user

3. Enter the users name in the Name field

4. Enter the users email in the Email field

5. In the Administrator field, check the box to allow the user to manage other users and invite users

***The invitation will expire 30 days after it is sent. Resending the invitation will reset the expiration date.***
